Instructions

  1. Soften gelatin in 1/2 Cup of the water and set aside.
  2. Combine remaining water and the next 5 ingredients in saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the spices and add the gelatin, stir until dissolved.
  4. Stir in rum and amaretto.
  5. Pour into individual serving glasses.
  6. Chill until firm.
  7. Serve with a puff of whipped cream.
