Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge the fillets lightly in flour.
  3. Place the fillets in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
  4. Dot with butter and sprinkle with parsley and green onions.
  5. Pour the wine around the fillets in the baking dish.
  6. Bake in a 400° oven for 12-14 minutes or until fish flakes.
