Instructions

  1. Steam fresh broccoli, or microwave frozen or fresh bagged broccoli according to package directions.
  2. Drain any excess liquid and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, cook bacon in nonstick skillet until done.
  4. Remove from skillet and crumble.
  5. Wipe most of the excess grease from the skillet.
  6. Saute onions and mushrooms in skillet until tender.
  7. Add broccoli to skillet.
  8. Stir in salad dressing.
  9. Add crumbled bacon.
  10. Serve immediately.
