Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Heat garlic oil in large skillet to medium. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes or until done.
  4. Stir in seasoning and remove from heat.
  5. Combine ricotta and mozzarella; spread on prebaked pizza crust.
  6. Spread spinach over cheese mixture; top with chicken and tomatoes.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake pizza 10-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
