Instructions

  1. In a large skillet saute sausage until lightly browned;drain.
  2. Add tomatoes and broth.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Add spinach.
  5. Return to a boil.
  6. Cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Add rice.
  8. Cover and remove from heat.
  9. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  10. Stir with a fork.
