Instructions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Add ground lamb and mix well.
  3. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into 1/2 inch thick patty.
  4. Heat skillet on medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil.
  5. Add patties and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until no longer pink inside.
