Instructions

  1. Cook the asparagus in boiling water for 2 minutes; drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter or margarine.
  3. Mix Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, butter and garlic in a bowl.
  4. Wrap the asparagus in bundles of 4-5 stalks with a piece of bacon. Place bundles in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Pour sauce over the bundles and bake at 325°F until bacon is crispy.
  6. Remove and serve warm.
