Instructions

  1. In large skillet, brown meat with onion and garlic. Drain fat.
  2. Stir in water, celery, carrot, boullion and bay leaf.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer 7-8 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and add potatoes and spices.
  6. Spoon into pie shells. Cover with pastry topping.
  7. Combine egg yolk, water and brush lightly on crust.
  8. Bake 375°F 30-40 minutes.
  9. Serve with brown gravy and salad.
