Instructions

  1. Melt the sugar in a large frying pan over low heat.
  2. Leave to simmer for a few minutes until it turns goldenbrown.
  3. Stir in the melted butter.
  4. Add potatoes, not to much at a time, you still have to be able to move them.
  5. Keep stirring until the potatoes are evenly coated with the caramel.
  6. Put them in a preheated serving dish and proceed until all potatoes are done.
  7. Enjoy!
