Instructions

  1. Place chops in slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Add onions, celery, green pepper and tomatoes.
  4. Combine ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, bouillon and sugar.
  5. Pour over vegetables.
  6. Cover and cook LOW 5-6 hours
  7. Mix cornstarch and water til smooth.
  8. Stir into liquid in slow cooker.
  9. Cover and cook on high 30 minutes til thickened.
  10. Serve over rice if desired.
