Ingredients

4 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

2 celery ribs, chopped

1 large green pepper, sliced

1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes

1/2 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons cider vinegar

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons cornstarch
-
2 tablespoons water
-
hot cooked rice

2 medium onions, chopped

1 beef bouillon cube
Instructions
- Place chops in slow cooker.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add onions, celery, green pepper and tomatoes.
- Combine ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, bouillon and sugar.
- Pour over vegetables.
- Cover and cook LOW 5-6 hours
- Mix cornstarch and water til smooth.
- Stir into liquid in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high 30 minutes til thickened.
- Serve over rice if desired.
