Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to broil.
  2. Cut the crusty buns in half.
  3. Place the butter / margarine in a small bowl.
  4. Mix the garlic powder and parsley into it.
  5. Spread the garlic butter mixture on the crusty buns.
  6. Toast the buns under the broiler for a couple of minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Remove and layer the chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, olives (optional) and mayo onto the buns.
  8. Enjoy while still warm !
