Instructions

  1. In a non-stick pan, melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat.
  2. Saute the garlic.
  3. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, whipping cream & brandy.
  4. Simmer over medium heat until reduced by half.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Just prior to serving, whisk in butter.
  7. Stir in the cooked bow tie pasta.
  8. Toss with fresh basil.
  9. Serve.
