Instructions

  1. In bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
  2. In saucepan, heat beer over low heat til warm.
  3. Stirring, add cheese mixture.
  4. Stir til melted.
  5. *If you can't find horseradish mustard, add 1 1/2 teaspoons each of regular mustard and horseradish.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips or thinly sliced french bread.
