Instructions

  1. .Rinse and pat-dry approximately 20 drummettes.
  2. Toss into a sealable plastic bag.
  3. Combine garlic, honey, mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper; mix together.
  4. Add mix to the bag of chicken, tossing to coat each piece well.
  5. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 1 day.
  6. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  7. Place chicken in a single layer on a wire rack set over an oven tray.
  8. Bake 45 minutes until well browned and cooked through.
