Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 170º. Grease and line a loaf tin.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until blended.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then bananas. Stir in vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, bicarb soda and salt.
  5. Add flour mixture, a third at a time.
  6. Pour into tin and bake for 1 - 1 1/4 hours.
