A great detoxing drink adapted from Australian chef flip shelton's 'green: modern vegetarian recipes'. She warns "watch out for the beetroot moustache"!

Ingredients

1 medium carrots or 3 baby carrots
1 celery
1 bunch grapes
4 ounces pineapple
1 piece fresh ginger (small piece)
1 granny smith apple
1 small beetroot

Instructions

Put everything into the juicer.
Transfer to a glass and sip slowly.
