- Cook sausage in skillet.
- Drain Fat.
- Sprinkle flour over sausage and stir well.
- Cook flour and sausage together for about 5 - 7 minutes.
- Add milk.
- Cook over medium heat until thickened.
- Add pepper.
- Serve over biscuits.
