Instructions

  1. Beat eggs lightly in medium bowl.
  2. Add pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt; stir until well combined.
  3. Blend in evap. milk.
  4. Pour filling in pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 15 minutes.
  5. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and continue baking 30 to 35 mins longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Cool.
