Instructions

  1. Combine rice, shrimp and celery in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Add yogurt mixture to rice mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Fold in strawberries.
  5. Cover and chill until serving time.
  6. Arrange lettuce on individual serving plates; top with chilled salad.
