Instructions

  1. Sauté ground beef, onion, and celery until nice and brown.
  2. Add beef bouillon, soy sauce, and 1 cup of water.
  3. Simmer until liquid is gone.
  4. Add 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
  5. Thicken with mixture of 5 tbsp flour and 1 cup water until desired thickness.
  6. Serve over cooked rice (or mashed potatoes).
  7. Top with chow mein noodles.
