Instructions

  1. Boil chicken in stock until cooked thoroughly.
  2. Add 1 lb diced fresh tomatoes.
  3. Add 16 oz. fresh baby spinach.
  4. Add 8 oz. crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Add 1/4 teaspoons oregano (more or less to taste).
  6. Add juice of one lemon.
  7. Add 1 lb. cooked bowtie pasta.
  8. Simmer and serve with crusty bread.
