Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over a medium heat.
  2. Stir in flour and salt.
  3. Add milk and macaroni to saucepan, and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, and cover.
  5. Simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add cheese, and stir until cheese melts.
  7. Serve.
