Instructions

  1. In a small heavy-bottomed saucepan combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and pinch salt.
  2. Stir in the evaporated milk and whisk constantly over LOW heat for 3 minutes or until the mixture comes to a boil; whisk simmering for another 1-2 minutes longer over low heat until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  4. Serve warm or cold.
  5. Delicious!
