Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan.
  2. Add onion and cook until tender.
  3. Add flour; stir until well blended.
  4. Gradually stir in chicken broth.
  5. Heat until slightly thickened.
  6. Add milk, broccoli, and potatoes.
  7. Cook on low heat about 15 minutes or until potatoes and broccoli are tender.
  8. Stir in cheese and seasonings.
