Instructions

  1. Cut meat/fish/game into bite size pieces.
  2. Soak in milk (in refrigerator) for 2-3 hours.
  3. Drain, season meat with Tony's Creole seasoning.
  4. Add mustard and stir gently to coat.
  5. Add fish fry and pancake mix to plastic bag.
  6. Add meat to bag and shake to coat.
