Instructions

  1. put oil and chicken in pan and slightly brown chicken.
  2. chop up garlic, scallions and tomatoes don't cut tomatoes too small though.
  3. Add scallions, garlic and lemon juice.
  4. Cook until you smell the garlic, don't let the garlic brown.
  5. Add Butter.
  6. Add cooking wine.
  7. Add tomatoes, cook for 30 seconds.
  8. Serve with parsley garnish over spaghetti if you like.
