Instructions

  1. Beat butter and sugar.
  2. Add milk and vanilla.
  3. Gradually stir in flour, mixing well.
  4. Stir in nuts.
  5. Form into 2 logs, approx 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
  6. Roll in coconut until each log is well coated.
  7. Wrap in plastic wrap or waxed paper.
  8. Chill an hour or longer.
  9. Cut 1/4-inch slices and bake at 375°F for 12 minutes.
