Ingredients

4 cups cooked radiatore (nugget)

1 cup chopped red bell pepper (1 medium)

1/2 cup red onion, sliced (1/2 small)

1/4 cup kalamata olive, pitted and cut in half

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano (1/2 t. dried oregano leaves)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Mix all ingredients except feta cheese in large bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
- Top with crumbled cheese.
