Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients.
  2. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 square baking dish.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 350° degrees for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  4. Serve with additional milk, if desired. (I eat is "as is.").
  5. NOTES: I like to add cinnamon both in batter and sprinkle some on top.
  6. I add raisins (nuked w/a little water til softened), apples, or any kind of fruit I happen to have on hand, as well as nuts, to mixture.
  7. Sometimes I use all brown sugar instead of white and brown.
