  1. In a large skillet, brown beef; drain fat.
  2. Add onions and flour.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Dissolve OXo cube in boiling water
  5. Add boillion, vegies and pepper to meat mixture.
  6. Turn into 6 cup casserole dish.
  7. Top with mashed potatoes, Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until bubbling hot.
