Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add nuts, mix in flour.
  3. Refrigerate ½ hour.
  4. Form crescent shaped cookies (or any other shape with cookie cutter) 1/4" thick.
  5. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees until lightly browned.
  6. Grind vanilla bean and mix with powdered sugar.
  7. When cookies are cool, sift sugar mixtures over cookies.
