Instructions

  1. Grease a microwave pudding dish
  2. Place golden syrup into bottom of the pudding dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar well.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  5. Add flour slowly.
  6. Add vanilla.
  7. Pour batter on top of the golden syrup.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap.
  9. Microwave for 7 1/2 minutes on medium .
