Instructions

  1. Heat water and cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet, over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and saute, but do not let brown.
  4. Add toasted pine nuts.
  5. Add spices and stir.
  6. Add tomatoes and olives and saute for about 3 minutes, until heated through and softened.
  7. Pour sauce over pasta and top with Feta cheese.
  8. Cover for a minute so cheese and flavors meld.
