Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and salt and pepper and cook until the onion starts to wilt, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the green beans and half the dill and 1 cup of water.
  4. Lower heat to simmer and cover and cook till tender, about 20-25 minutes.
  5. Uncover and raise heat so excess liquid evaporates.
  6. Add lemon juice, stir.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  8. Remove from heat and stir in yogurt.
  9. Garnish with the reaining dill.
