Instructions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Snap off tough ends of asparagus.
  3. Place asparagus and 1/4 cup water in an 11 x 7 inch baking dish.
  4. Microwave at high 3 minutes or until tender, drain, pour the vinegar mixture over asparagus, toss well.
  5. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seed, if desired.
