Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add eggs, milk, melted butter, mashed bananas, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir until well blended and smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  4. Spoon 1/8-1/4 cup of batter for each pancake on preheated, greased griddle or skillet.
  5. Once bubbling throughout on surface, turn over and cook until done.
