Instructions

  1. Thoroughly rinse spinach on cold water, remove stems.
  2. Dry with paper toweling or spin dry.
  3. To prepare dressing: Combine orange juice, vinegar, oil, zest, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
  4. Heat dressing just until it starts to boil.
  5. Toss spinach with hot dressings and bacon bits.
  6. Garnish with orange sections.
