Instructions

  1. Take the melons and cut them into slices, remove the rind. Slice the cuke into thickish slices.
  2. Dip each slice in the lime juice.
  3. Place on a serving tray.
  4. Sprinkle with the cayenne pepper (or the chili powder for the faint of heart).
  5. Sprinkle with a little salt, if desired.
  6. Chill until ready to serve.
