Instructions

  1. Hull and slice the strawberries.
  2. Peel and slice the kiwi fruit into rounds.
  3. On a serving plate, arrange the kiwi fruit and strawberries slices in contrasting circles.
  4. Pour orange juice and gin over fruit and let macerate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  5. Sprinkle with sugar.
  6. Serve with sweet biscuits or cookies.
