Instructions

  1. In a bowl using an electric mixer beat together the softened cream cheese with confectioners sugar and almond extract until smooth and fluffy.
  2. In another bowl whip the cream until stiff; fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  4. Top with pie filling.
  5. Chill for a couple of hours before serving.
  6. Delicious!
