Ingredients

4 -5 lbs pork spareribs, cut into pieces (preferbly boneless)

1 medium onion, sliced thin

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1 cup ketchup

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup cider vinegar

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons dry mustard

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon paprika

hot sauce, to taste
Instructions
- Place half the meat in crock pot.
- Top with half the onion.
- Repeat layers.
- Mix all the other ingredients and pour over meat.
- Cover, cook on low 8-9 hours.
