Instructions

  1. In separate large bowl, mix first five ingredients.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In large measuring cup beat eggs, add oil and beat again.
  4. Measure in milk and flavoring.
  5. When ready to mix wet into dry, mix fruit into dry ingredients first, then add milk/egg and oil mixture until everything is wet.
  6. Place batter into greased muffin tins.
  7. Bake 350F 15-20 minutes until done.
