Instructions

  1. Heat water to boiling in 2 quart saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add gelatin powder and stir until dissolved.
  4. Stir in ice cold water & peppermint extract.
  5. Cut ice cream into chunks.
  6. Add to gelatin mixture and stir until blended.
  7. Chill mixture until it begins to thicken and mound when spooned. (about 20 -30 minutes).
  8. Turn into parfait glasses.
  9. Chill until firm, 25-45 minutes.
  10. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
  11. Enjoy.
