Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped bell pepper

1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine

3 cups cooked white rice

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt

3/4 teaspoon pepper

1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies

1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

paprika
-
1 cup chopped green onion
Instructions
- Saute onion and bell pepper in butter or margarine.
- Remove from heat and combine with remaining ingredients except paprika.
- Toss lightly to mix and pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Garnish with paprika.
