Instructions

  1. Shred surimi and place in bowl.
  2. Slice avocado in half and twist to open. Carefully Lodge a knife in the seed and twist to remove.
  3. Score avocado into 1 inch by 1 inch sections and spoon into bowl.
  4. Add tomato, onion slivers, and cilantro.
  5. Squeeze 1/2 lime over the salad.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Stir well and serve.
