Instructions

  1. Lay out pita bread on a cookie sheet.
  2. Spread 3 Tbsp sauce onto each pita.
  3. Sprinkle 1/8 tsp of oregano and basil onto each pita.
  4. Top with desired toppings
  5. Top with 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 Tbsp of parmesan cheese on each pita.
  6. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
  7. Broil in oven on second shelf position for about 4-5 minutes.
