Instructions

  1. Coarsely grind the cashews and almonds.
  2. Keep aside.
  3. Melt ghee in a wok.
  4. Add besan (gram flour).
  5. Cook on low heat till besan is fragrant and well cooked.
  6. It takes only about 5-8 minutes.
  7. Let it cool for a while.
  8. Add powdered nuts, cardamom powder and sugar.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Shape into round balls (a little bigger than the size of a walnut) and store in an airtight container.
  11. Serve after a few hours for greater taste!
