Ingredients

1 (2 ounce) chicken breasts (cut in half if needed)

1/4 cup thin spaghetti, broken up into 2 inch long pieces

1 1/4 cups fat free chicken broth

1/8 cup celery, chopped

1 dash salt

1 dash pepper

cooking spray

1 dash dried thyme
-
1 dash dried parsley

2 green onions, sliced thinly

1/8 cup carrot, chopped
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
- Sauté in a bit of cooking spray.
- Heat broth, pasta, herbs, carrots, celery, and salt and pepper together.
- Add chicken.
- Simmer until noodles are tender.
- Season to taste.
