Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat egg and water.
  2. Dip pork chops in egg mixture.
  3. Coat with bread crumbs.
  4. In a large skillet, brown chops in oil.
  5. Transfer to greased 9x13 baking dish.
  6. Mix the soups together and pour over then sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Cover and bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
