Instructions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients.
  2. Roll chicken in flour mixture.
  3. Brown chicken in oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add tomatoes and next 2 ingredients.
  5. Heat to boiling.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.
  7. Serve chicken mixture over yellow rice with toppings as desired.
